QA Consultant – Salesforce, Data & AI Testing

Job summary

ThirdEye Philippines is building a world-class QA capability to support Salesforce, integration, data and AI projects. You will design clear test scripts, perform manual and automated testing, and help shape robust quality practices within an agile delivery environment.

Working closely with customers and internal teams, you will document risks, manage defects with detailed reproduction steps, and ensure traceability back to requirements using Jira.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in creating and executing test strategies for complex projects.
• Proven track record in testing health/legal/finance/CRM domains.
• Strong understanding of manual and automated testing processes and tools.
• Familiarity with test management tools like Jira and collaboration platforms like MS Teams and Slack.
• Experience in test data management, including anonymisation and creation of sample datasets.
• Ability to produce detailed, traceable test scripts and defect reports.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in an agile environment.
• Experience testing on the Salesforce platform would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Create clear and concise test scripts for business scenarios with prerequisites, steps and expected results.
• Conduct manual testing of functionality and workflows; consider automated tests where possible.
• Raise and manage defects with detailed replication steps and evidence.
• Own testing activities necessary for the project and ensure traceability to requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams using Jira, MS Teams and Slack.
