Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce development experience with 2+ years in a Technical Lead role.
Strong hands-on with Apex, SOQL/SOSL, REST and SOAP APIs.
Experience leading distributed development teams and mentoring developers.
Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Experience in Agile delivery environments and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership across enterprise Salesforce implementations.
Mentor development teams and conduct code reviews and best practices.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.
Collaborate with PMs, Architects, BA, and clients to define technical solutions.
Oversee Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations, and platform capabilities.
Ensure code quality, security, performance, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot complex issues and support CI/CD deployments.
