Terumo Marketing Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Effectiveness Manager to strengthen commercial excellence by designing and governing sales processes, performance management, and digital enablement. You will ensure clear, disciplined, data-driven operations that drive sustainable revenue growth.

The role requires a strong background in sales analytics, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, and Supply Chain to embed best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; MBA or equivalent is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Excellence, or Sales Enablement in Healthcare or Medical Devices.
• Strong understanding of complex selling environments, including tenders and hospital procurement.
• Advanced skills in sales analytics, forecasting, and Excel.
• Experience designing and implementing sales processes and governance models.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve standardized sales processes for scalable revenue.
• Lead territory design and resource allocation analyses for market coverage and ROI.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and insights for leadership decisions.
• Drive CRM setup, adoption, and ongoing optimization with IT and Sales.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Business Units on incentive and compensation programs.
• Serve as liaison across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, HR, Supply Chain, and Operations to embed best practices.
