Michael Page is recruiting a Senior Commercial Excellence Leader in Metro Manila to drive transformation across sales effectiveness and engagement with HCPs. You will shape strategies, oversee KPI-driven performance, and lead a cross-functional team in a fast-paced pharma environment.

The role demands senior leadership, strong analytics, and CRM/SFA implementation experience to deliver data-driven commercial outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related.
Significant experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Effectiveness, Sales Operations, or related roles within pharma/healthcare.
Proven people management experience leading high-performing teams.
Experience leading CRM or sales force automation implementations (prefer Salesforce).
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical sales structures and customer engagement models.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial transformation and sales effectiveness initiatives.
Develop and execute commercial excellence strategies, frameworks, and processes.
Lead sales force effectiveness initiatives: territory alignment, KPI management, performance tracking, field force optimization.
Design, analyse, and manage sales incentive programmes to drive outcomes.
Deliver insights through sales analytics, dashboards, and performance reporting for data-driven decisions.
Lead CRM/commercial system implementations, including Salesforce.
Drive digital and omnichannel transformation to strengthen HCP engagement.
Develop commercial capabilities through training, coaching, and certifications.
Lead and develop the Commercial Excellence team with cross-functional partnerships.
