enablesGROUP in Ortigas, Pasig, PH, is seeking a Client Relationship Specialist to manage inquiries, qualify leads, and hand over to Sales with complete records. You will ensure strong customer engagement and accurate CRM data throughout the lead journey.

You will use Salesforce CRM to track Leads, Accounts and Opportunities, maintain data quality, and coordinate tours and appointments. This role offers a hybrid schedule (3x onsite, 2x WFH) and a path for career growth.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce CRM experience within a sales or customer relationship environment.
• Experience managing leads through a defined sales pipeline.
• Understanding of Leads, Accounts, Contacts and Opportunities.
• Experience qualifying leads and progressing them into sales opportunities.
• Strong CRM database management and data-quality skills.
• Experience using Salesforce tasks, activities, list views, reports and dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisation and follow-through.
• Confidence managing high lead volumes and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to new and existing customer enquiries across phone, email, SMS, website and live chat.
• Build rapport with prospective clients and understand their needs, preferences and readiness to purchase.
• Qualify leads using agreed criteria and progress them through the customer journey.
• Manage lead statuses, tasks, activities, notes and follow-up dates within Salesforce.
• Convert qualified leads into the appropriate Household, Contact and Opportunity records.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects who are not yet ready to purchase.
• Re-engage stalled or inactive leads through structured follow-up.
• Coordinate resort tours, appointments and sales consultations.
• Maintain accurate customer information, communication preferences and consent records.
• Perform CRM data cleansing, validation and duplicate management.
• Ensure qualified opportunities are handed over to Sales Consultants with complete interaction history and clear next actions.
• Use Salesforce list views, reports and dashboards to monitor activity, conversion and data quality.
• Identify customer trends, recurring issues and opportunities to improve the lead-management process.
