Thunder, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Developer to support internal operations from a remote Manila base, with availability in US time zones. The role spans Apex, LWC, integration work, security, deployment, and automation to optimize business processes.

• Certinia PSA experience, especially Projects, Resources, Timecards, Assignments.
• Experience deploying changes with Change Sets.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, SSO, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Experience troubleshooting production Salesforce environments.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and platform architecture.
• Strong independence, multitasking and stakeholder communication.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Admin).

Salesforce Developer (LWC, Apex) - Internal Operations

Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer to join our internal operations team and support the ongoing development, administration, integration, and optimization of our Salesforce environment. This role will work across Salesforce configuration and custom development, integrations, security, and deployment, partnering with internal stakeholders to automate business processes, improve system performance, and deliver scalable solutions. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, technically strong, and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced Salesforce consulting environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and SOQL.
• Configure and deploy Salesforce changes using Change Sets and established deployment practices.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce integrations and APIs, including REST/SOAP and third‑party system integrations.
• Configure and support SSO, authentication, user access, profiles, permission sets, and security controls.
• Troubleshoot Salesforce issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Build automations, workflows, reports, dashboards, and other tools that improve internal business operations.
• Manage Salesforce releases, sandbox changes, testing, and production deployments.
• Collaborate with business users to translate operational requirements into effective Salesforce solutions.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow development, testing, and deployment standards.
• Evaluate opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve internal processes and Salesforce development.

Required Qualifications:

• 2-4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce development experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, APIs/integrations, and Flow.
• Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA experience, particularly with Projects, Resources, Timecards, Assignments, or Financial Management.
• Experience deploying Salesforce changes using Change Sets.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce security, SSO, authentication, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Experience troubleshooting and supporting production Salesforce environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, objects, relationships, and platform architecture.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Platform Developer I, Salesforce Administrator, or related Salesforce credentials.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce AI, Agentforce, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience with DevOps, source control, CI/CD, or Salesforce CLI.
• Additional Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Architect credentials.
• Experience working within a Salesforce consulting or professional services organization.
