Job summary

Thunder is expanding and seeks a talented Senior Salesforce Data Migration and Integration Consultant for our Philippines team. The role requires deep expertise in enterprise Salesforce/Mulesoft platforms and data integration.

You will gather migration requirements, design solution architectures, and implement data migration and integration across systems (ERP, marketing tools, external APIs) using Data Loader, MuleSoft, and Informatica.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Data Migration & Integration projects.
• At least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications with plan to reach 5 within 6 months.
• Fluent English, strong communication and collaborative skills.
• Willingness to work across US time zones when required.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data migration requirements; design solution architecture to ensure data integrity.
• Develop and implement Salesforce data integration solutions with systems like ERP and marketing automation.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, and loading using Salesforce tools (Data Loader, MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Ensure timely completion of client projects and provide escalation support.
• Serve as SME for data integration; mentor Associate Consultants and Consultants.

Senior Salesforce Data Migration and Integration Consultant

Location: Remote (WFH) - Manila, Philippines Metro Area (with availability during US time zones)

Job Summary

Thunder is expanding and seeks a talented and versatile Sr. Data Migration Consultant for a newly formed, dynamic team in the Philippines. The role requires analytical business acumen and consulting experience in enterprise Salesforce/Mulesoft platforms. Candidates should have prior consulting experience in Salesforce/Mulesoft platform solutions and develop integration processes. You will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Data Integration and related functionalities.

Role + Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data migration requirements, and design the solution architecture to ensure the integrity and quality of migrated data.
• Develop and implement Salesforce data integration solutions with various systems and platforms (e.g., ERP, marketing automation tools, external APIs).
• Perform data mapping, data transformation, and data loading using various Salesforce tools (e.g., Data Loader, MuleSoft, Informatica).
• Ensure prompt and efficient completion of client projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Associate Consultants and Consultants in case of escalation.
• Demonstrate expertise in Data Integration and related functionalities as a subject matter expert.
• Provide mentorship and functional support to team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in handling Salesforce Data Migration & Integration projects.
• At least 2 Active Salesforce Certifications and willingness to achieve 5 active Salesforce certifications within your first 6 months of employment.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required).
• Salesforce App Builder (Required).
• Mulesoft Certified Developer (Preferred).
• Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Preferred).Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant (Preferred).
• Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant (Preferred).
• Salesforce Advanced Administrator (Preferred).
• Salesforce Certified AI Associate (Preferred).
• Salesforce Certified AI Specialist (Preferred).
• Preferably with hands‑on experience in Salesforce Integration tools such as Mulesoft.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to think analytically.
• Ability to work flexible hours to align with US time zones as required by project work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
