Job summary

HRTX is seeking a Salesforce Developer to enhance, maintain, and support our Salesforce platform. You will design, develop, test, and provide production support following our standards and guidelines, while iteratively improving processes based on lessons learned.

You will work in a team environment reporting to the HCM Technology Delivery Manager and must make sound decisions under pressure. The role requires 3+ years of Salesforce experience, proficiency in data modeling and integrations, and

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer
• Proficient in Salesforce data modeling, metadata and integrations
• Experience in Salesforce system development and maintenance (Force.com)
• Bachelors degree in computer science preferred
• Salesforce Admin or Platform Developer certifications preferred
• Experience with Salesforce upgrades and integrations

Responsibilities

• Work on enhancement, maintenance and product support of Salesforce platform

• Iteratively enhance standards/guidelines based on lessons learned

Job description

• Work on requests that pertain to enhancement, maintenance, and product support of the organization's Salesforce platform.
• Design, develop, test, and provide production support following the organization's standards and guidelines.
• Iteratively enhance the set of standards and guidelines based on lessons learned during application development/maintenance.
• Work in a team environment, reporting to the HCM Technology Delivery Manager.
• Must earn the respect of project teams, project managers and the user community, as well as the management team.
• Must be able to make sound decisions based on incomplete information, under pressure and maintain project focus.
• Act independently to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.

Qualification

Skillset Requirements

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Salesforce Developer and proficient in:
  o Salesforce data modeling and metadata
  o Salesforce integrations with external services
  o Creating and maintaining Salesforce databases
• Experience in the development and maintenance of Salesforce systems and Force.com.
• Bachelors degree in computer science is preferred.
• Certified Salesforce administrator or Salesforce Platform Developer is preferred.
• Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integrations.

Qualifications / Other Requirements

• Must be a team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Knowledge in JIRA.
• Functional knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) systems is preferred.
• Willing to work on shifting schedule, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Willing to be cross trained in Oracle HCM Cloud and PeopleSoft HCM.
