Job summary

Novare Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Taguig.

You will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce applications, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into robust solutions. You will work with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and LWC; integrate with external systems via APIs, and ensure data integrity through migration and cleansing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop custom applications using Salesforce technologies including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Customize Salesforce standard objects and create custom objects to meet specific business requirements.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Salesforce Connect, and middleware such as MuleSoft.
• Implement data migration and synchronization processes.
• Design and maintain Salesforce data model including custom fields, relationships, and validation rules.
• Perform data cleansing, data deduplication, and data normalization activities.
• Create technical documentation including design specifications, technical diagrams, and deployment guides.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce applications.
• Stay updated with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and industry trends.

About you
