Job summary

Nexus Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and customize Salesforce-based applications for enterprise CRM and customer engagement in banking or financial services.

You will implement automation, integrations, and optimized user experiences using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs, while ensuring data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce development experience, ideally in a banking, fintech, or enterprise setting.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and middleware platforms is a plus.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications are a plus.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, user roles, and security in Salesforce.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce applications, workflows, and integrations based on business requirements.
• Create and customize Lightning components, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, triggers, and APIs.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle including analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
