Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and CPQ implementations.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems (MuleSoft, Billing, Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, and testing of Salesforce solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions.
• Translate business needs into user stories and specs.
• Collaborate across teams for scalable, secure implementations.
• Support testing, UAT, and release cycles.
• Provide platform governance guidance.
• Act as reference for Lead to Order capabilities.
