Job summary

MicroSourcing invites a Salesforce Administrator to join its Metro Manila team. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the Salesforce platform, including user management, security, and cloud configurations across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

You will design reports and dashboards, automate workflows, and ensure data integrity. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in a Salesforce CRM role, hands-on configuration skills, and familiarity with Data Loader and Salesforce Lightning Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud.
• Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation.
