Job summary

Five9 in Metro Manila, Philippines, is seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to sustain, optimize, and scale our Salesforce platform across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You will partner with IT and Sales Ops to drive adoption and data quality while aligning Salesforce with business goals.

The role requires 4+ years of hands-on administration, certifications, and expertise in Flows, Lightning App Builder, and integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience in mid-to-large scale orgs.
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator or related certs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Salesforce administrator, overseeing org configuration, security model, and platform optimization.
• Design, build, and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows for complex business processes across Sales and Marketing.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning apps.
• Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to build reports and dashboards to improve pipeline visibility.
• Manage data quality initiatives, including deduplication, cleansing, and validation.
• Support integrations with GTM tools (People.ai, Seismic, Outreach) and ensure reliable syncs.

Salesforce Administrator – Metro Manila, Philippines

To support our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled and collaborative Salesforce Administrator to join our IT Applications Delivery team. This role will be primarily responsible for sustaining, optimizing, and scaling our Salesforce platform, supporting Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions. The ideal candidate will partner closely with Sales Operations and IT to drive adoption, improve data quality, deliver automation, and align Salesforce with business strategy.

The position is based in Metro Manila, Philippines, and requires working during US Pacific time zone hours, where the GTM teams are primarily based.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Salesforce administrator, overseeing org configuration, security model, and platform optimization


• Design, build, and maintain automation using Salesforce Flows for complex business processes across Sales and Marketing


• Develop and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and Lightning apps to support evolving business needs


• Partner with Sales Ops and Marketing Ops to build impactful reports and dashboards that improve pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy


• Manage data quality initiatives, including deduplication, cleansing, validation, and stewardship using Data Loader or other data hygiene tools to ensure trusted reporting


• Support and enhance integrations with GTM tools (e.g., People.ai, Seismic, Outreach), ensuring reliable syncs and scalability


• Work with IT and vendors to manage upgrades and troubleshoot issues


• Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging features, and architectural best practices to ensure the platform supports global growth


• Manage sandbox refreshes and environment readiness, and deploy changes to production through our DevOps tooling, following established change management and release processes

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)


• 4+ years of Salesforce administration experience in mid-to-large scale orgs; multi-team/global environment preferred


• Salesforce Administrator certification required; Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant certifications strongly preferred


• Deep hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows and Lightning App Builder, with a proven track record of replacing legacy Workflow/Process Builder automations


• Strong understanding of data modeling, sharing architecture, role hierarchies, and Salesforce security best practices


• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills with a focus on usability and operational efficiency


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders


• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ and a PRM Community is a plus but not required
