Job summary

MicroSourcing in Cebu is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize the Salesforce platform, including users, security, and cloud configurations.

You will customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, build reports and dashboards, and ensure data quality and security while collaborating with stakeholders on system enhancements. The role is hybrid with career growth and inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.

Your Role

As a Salesforce Administrator, you will:

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or in a similar CRM role
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Experience with reports, dashboards, workflows, and process automation

Preferred Skills/expertise

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Experience
• Basic knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, or integrations is a plus
• Experience with data management tools (e.g., Data Loader)
• Experience working in Agile or cross-functional environments
