Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with formal training.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Salesforce operations, user onboarding/offboarding, roles, security, profiles, and permission sets.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting; handle end-user requests and resolve software queries.
• Route access requests to cross-functional teams and manage support queues during night shifts.
• Work autonomously during US business hours and escalate complex issues as needed.
