Job summary

Avepoint in Cebu City, Philippines is hiring a Salesforce Support Engineer. You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support to clients, engage with R&D for investigations, and ensure timely resolutions.

The role offers a hybrid work setup (onsite 3 days, 2 days remote) with opportunities for international travel as needed. Applicants should have a IT-related degree and 1–3 years of technical software support experience, with proven Salesforce knowledge and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of technical software support/project support/applications support experience.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills, able to interact professionally with a diverse group.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Pro-active, customer-focused, and comfortable dealing with clients directly.
• Organized, meticulous, and able to work independently.
• Experience in Salesforce Support is a MUST.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a representative for project-specific customer inquiries and issues, taking ownership and bringing resolution.
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with project stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction in project support and maintenance.
• Demonstrating resilience and composure under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
• Collecting information and performing deep-dive analysis, diagnosis, and troubleshooting.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address pushback and align solutions with customer expectations.
• Commit to SLA for response and resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
