Job summary

MicroSourcing in Pasay, Philippines is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to join a hybrid, night-shift environment and help optimize our cloud platform. You will manage users, profiles, roles and permissions, customize objects and workflows, maintain data integrity, provide end-user training, and build reports and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

This role requires 4–6 years of experience, Salesforce Admin certification, and strong collaboration with sales

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• Salesforce Administrator certification is required.
• Proven experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and data management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, profiles, roles, permissions, and data management
• Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements, including creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation
• Optimize and enhance sales and customer service processes using Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Ensure data integrity through regular audits, de-duplication, and data imports/exports
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
• Manage integrations with third-party applications to extend Salesforce functionality
• Continuously improve the platform by staying updated with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices
