Job summary

High Scale is seeking a Sales VA to fuel growth. You will generate qualified leads, maintain CRM hygiene, and assist with outreach to keep the pipeline full. You’ll enable Account Executives to focus on closing deals by handling prospecting, CRM updates, and scheduling.

You’ll craft targeted lists, verify contact details, and support high-volume email and LinkedIn campaigns, plus prepare briefs and draft agreements for the sales team.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales support or lead generation.
• Familiarity with prospecting tools (Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) preferred.
• CRM logging and data hygiene are essential.
• Strong written English for emails and messages.
• Able to handle repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Hunter mindset with persistence to reach hard-to-contact prospects.

Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Prospecting: research and build targeted lists and verify contacts.
• CRM Management: maintain data hygiene and move leads through stages.
• Outreach & Appointment Setting: execute high-volume emails/DMs and schedule calls.
• Sales Admin Support: prepare briefs, notes, decks, and draft contracts.
