You will be trained on systems and procedures, with a focus on meeting sales quotas and earning commissions on top of salary. This is a full-time, on-site position offering long-term growth.

My Destination Tours and Travel is hiring a Sales Travel Agent to assist in daily sales operations, customer inquiries, and travel bookings. This role is ideal for applicants who are organized, customer-oriented, and open to learning basic sales and travel processes.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in handling customer inquiries (chat, email, phone, walk-ins)
• Support sales transactions for tours, flights, hotels, and travel packages
• Prepare and organize booking details, reservations, and travel documents
• Follow up on customer inquiries and quotations
• Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and tour partners (with guidance)
• Assist the sales team with daily administrative and clerical tasks
• Help recommend travel add-ons such as tours and insurance when applicable

You will be guided step-by-step and trained on systems and procedures.

Qualifications

Required:

• Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
• Comfortable assisting customers and working in an office environment
• Able to work on-site and collaborate with a team
• This is a Sales Position thus, the candidate should be comfortable and confident with Sales Quota. Primary KPI is attaining the quota and this is your primary success measure.
