Job summary

Kitchen Beauty Marketing Corporation is seeking a Training Design & Delivery professional to develop, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs for newly hired promoters and account managers across Metro Manila.

The role includes creating engaging training materials, managing the LMS content, conducting fieldwork and evaluations, and collaborating with product and sales teams to prepare for new launches, ensuring sales teams are equipped to perform.

Training Design & Delivery

• Develop, design, and deliver comprehensive training programs for newly hired promoters and account managers.
• Conduct refresher courses, sales training, and motivational training sessions to strengthen product knowledge and selling skills.
• Facilitate on-site and off-site training sessions for participants within and outside Metro Manila.

Training Materials & LMS Management

• Create engaging training decks, modules, and support materials tailored to various audiences.
• Manage and continuously update the Learning Management System (LMS) with product features, benefits, specifications, and selling points.
• Ensure accessibility and usability of training resources across the organization.

Fieldwork & Training Evaluation

• Conduct field assessments to measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
• Gather feedback from promoters and account managers to enhance training content and methods.
• Provide actionable recommendations to management on sales performance gaps and training needs.

New Product Development (NPD) Support

• Study and analyze upcoming product lineups to prepare product training decks and materials.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate training content for new launches.

Sales Effectiveness & Organizational Impact

• Drive product knowledge and sales performance improvements through structured training initiatives.
• Support organizational goals by ensuring promoters and account managers are well-equipped to deliver results.
• Act as a key contributor to the continuous improvement of training structure, strategies, and methodologies.
