Job summary

Allianz Philippines seeks a Sales Training Manager to design, deliver, and embed practical training and coaching for Team Heads to lead insurance sales activity and frontline performance.

You will help former Relationship Managers transition into sales leadership, coaching RM teams, and reinforcing selling behaviors across the bancassurance channel, in collaboration with Allianz learning, product, and distribution teams.

Qualifications

• Strong experience as a Training Manager or similar role within insurance or financial services.
• Proven ability to coach sales leaders transitioning from individual contributor to team leadership.
• Solid understanding of sales activity management, pipeline, coaching routines, and leadership rhythms.
• Ability to design learning journeys, workshops, and field tools to improve leadership behavior.
• Familiarity with insurance or wealth advisory sales processes and compliant selling.
• Experience onboarding and training Relationship Managers in product and fund concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a practical training roadmap for Team Heads aligned with sales priorities.
• Design and deliver programs to help former Relationship Managers transition into sales leadership roles.
• Equip Team Heads with tools and routines to monitor activity, pipeline, and referrals.
• Coach Team Heads in one-on-ones, field observations, and performance reviews.
• Support reinforcement of core insurance selling behaviors among Relationship Managers.
• Track training adoption and measure impact to refine interventions.
