Responsibilities

• Training Delivery: Lead the delivery of engaging and interactive training sessions through in-person workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules.
• Sales Coaching: Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to sales teams to reinforce learning and help individuals apply training in real-world scenarios.
• Training Evaluation: Measure the effectiveness of training programs by assessing participants' performance and gathering feedback.
• Sales Onboarding: Oversee the development and delivery of onboarding programs for new sales hires to ensure they are fully equipped.
• Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and HR teams to align training with product launches and campaigns.
• Reporting & Analysis: Track KPIs related to training delivery and sales performance; present insights to senior management.
• Deploy different learning methods company-wide such as coaching, job-shadowing, online training, etc.
• Review training program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report results
