Job summary

DMCI Homes is seeking a capable training facilitator to design and deliver effective training for sellers, including onboarding and ongoing development sessions.

You will review business processes, propose improvements, conduct Foundation Training, Seller Onboarding Training, and Project Rehash Sessions, and monitor progress.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather updates, and maintain training records to ensure consistency and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Communication, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of teaching or training facilitation experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews at least one business or sales process and suggests improvements, including training programs.
• Conducts Foundation Training, Seller Onboarding Training, and Project Rehash Sessions for sellers.
• Performs industry research to support training module development and sales performance.
• Proposes sales-related development programs to improve seller capabilities.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build multi-functional capabilities via cross-training.
• Communicates with brokers and sellers for industry updates and competitive scans.
• Supports employee engagement initiatives and tracks completion of trainings.
• Maintains accurate training records, reports, and documentation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reviews at least one (1) business process and/or related sales related process and recommends improvements, including training programs and sales activities.

• Conducts various training sessions for new and existing sellers, including

  • Foundation Training

  • Seller Onboarding Training

  • Project Rehash Sessions

• Conducts industry research to support the development of training modules and enhances sales performance across teams

• Proposes and recommends sales-related development programs to improve seller capabilities and performance

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to build multi-functional capabilities through cross-training initiatives

• Communication with brokers and sellers to gather industry updates and conducts competitive scans

• Supports employee engagement and development initiatives and ensures the completion of assigned training and development programs.

• Maintains accurate training records, reports, and documentation as required
