1. Quality Service implementation and Compliance

• Ensure compliance with all service processes.

• b. Accurate Part price quotation and repair turnaround time

2. Store Security, Safekeeping and Administration – Retail Sales Personnel must,

• a. Ensure compliance of per branch with Audit directives by adhering to monthly audit requirements.
• b. Proper payroll inputs and submission from HR
• c. Ensure compliance of per area with Warehouse by ensuring all stock transfers to and from the warehouse with accurate documentation
