Job summary

GJH SERCONS, INC. in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to coordinate daily logistics, manage purchase orders, and handle delivery documentation while supporting materials planning and inventory control.

You will collaborate with internal teams and clients, assist in pricing decisions, and contribute to client acquisition efforts. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or any 4-year course; fresh graduates welcome.
• Prior sales experience is an advantage.
• Chemical engineering background is a plus.
• Strong communication, attention to detail, and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate sales logistics and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Manage PO processing, delivery documentation, and client requirements.
• Support raw materials planning, importation, and finished goods inventory.
• Assist in commercial planning and product pricing activities.
• Communicate with internal teams and clients to maintain relationships.
• Support client acquisition efforts and other sales coordination tasks.
