Cartrack Asia is seeking a Sales Recruitment Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment of skilled sales professionals, including high-volume hiring. You will source, screen, assess, and engage candidates while partnering with hiring managers.

The role focuses on mass recruitment for telesales, relationship/account managers, and partner sales managers, requiring 1–2 years of sales recruitment experience and a college degree. Onsite Makati workdays are expected in a 8:00 AM–5:00 PM schedule.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales recruitment experience.
• Must be a college graduate of any field.
• Must be willing to work onsite in Makati, on a dayshift schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Qualifications

• Experience in mass recruitment or high-volume hiring is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with job portals, social media platforms, and professional networking sites, such as SEEK/JobStreet, JobsDB, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

• Hands-on experience managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing, selection, and onboarding, using a variety of interview techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.

• Goal-oriented, positive, and proactive, with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, adaptability, and commitment to teamwork.
