Robinsons Appliances Corp. in the Philippines is seeking a Training Lead for Cashiers who will drive operational excellence by leading cashier training, supporting POS systems, and ensuring policy compliance across store operations.

You will lead training and certification for Cashiers and Sales Associates on POS processes, assess training effectiveness, and test new POS upgrades to ensure readiness. The role requires onsite work and willingness to travel within the region.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a four-year course, preferably Business or related.
• Must have prior cashiering experience of at least 3 years.
• Must be willing to work onsite.
• Must be willing to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and certification programs for Cashiers and Sales Associates on POS systems and cashiering processes.
• Assess training effectiveness through evaluations, competency checks, and performance monitoring.
• Conduct testing and validation of new POS systems, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure operational readiness.
• Support the implementation and rollout of cashiering systems, process improvements, and technology initiatives.
• Serve as the first point of contact for cashiering-related operational concerns and user support.
• Cascade, enforce, and continuously improve cashiering policies, procedures, and operational standards.
• Conduct compliance audits and spot checks to ensure adherence to cashiering controls and risk management practices.
• Assist in cashiering-related projects, benchmarking activities, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and customer experience.
