Job Description:
Here’s the difference you’ll make. You will be facilitating communication between sales, clients, suppliers and logistics providers; helping to meet customer expectations, project timelines, system encoding, and organizational objectives. Additionally, the role ensures documentation, tracking, and reporting of logistics and sales activities to maintain service quality and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and process quotations/rate requests, sales orders, and related documents accurately and timely. Ensure completeness and correctness of sales and project-related documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics teams (CIC, Brokerage and Ops) to arrange timely delivery of project materials and equipment. Monitor shipment schedules, delivery status, and resolve delays or issues.
- Maintain organized records of sales transactions, contracts, delivery receipts, and project files. Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and audit requirements.
- Work closely with sales, CIC, brokerage, operations and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Track order progress from order placement to final delivery.
- Support problem resolution to maintain customer satisfaction and meet project deadlines.
- Contribute to enhancing efficiency, accuracy, and customer service quality.
- Accurately encode and process sales transactions and customer data in the system. Verify documents, coordinate with concerned teams, and resolve discrepancies. Maintain sales records and assist to prepare required reports. Provide system and administrative support to the Sales Team.
Educational Background
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Logistics/Supply Chain Management, or any related field.
Professional Experience
- With at least 1 year experience in Sales Support but still open for Fresh Graduate.
