Job summary

Xerox Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Sales Support Representative to assist our sales teams and partners with daily activities, including pricing, product recommendations, and orders. You will coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely, accurate support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 2 years in BPO, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities.
• Experience with CRM and order management systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and sales teams with daily customer needs.
• Provide product, pricing, promotions, and order information.
• Create and manage special bids, rebates, and support requests.
• Track sales performance, inventory, orders, and product consumption.
• Manage shared mailboxes and cases from request to resolution.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve pricing, order, and supply issues.
• Recommend products based on customer requirements.
• Prepare presentations, flyers, and product information for sales.
• Maintain accurate information and ensure timely requests.
