Job summary

UpSkill MNL is seeking a Sales Support assistant to assist the Sales Team with daily activities, coordinate with customers, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth sales operations.

The role supports timely responses to customer requests, doc management, and order processing, with a project-based contract running from October to December 2026. Work location is Buayang Bato, Mandaluyong City, Metro Manila.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests promptly and resolve issues.
• Send payment confirmations.
• Scan and upload sales documents such as SI, DR, and PO.
• Assist sales personnel with customer inquiries.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and reports.
• Process and monitor sales orders.
• Coordinate with customers, branches, and departments.
• Maintain and update sales records and files.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer concerns.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
