Responsibilities

• Timely response and resolution of customer requests.
• Sending payment confirmation.
• Scanning and uploading sales documents such as SI, DR, and PO.
• Assist sales personnel with customer inquiries and requests.
• Prepare quotations, sales documents, and reports.
• Process and monitor sales orders.
• Coordinate with customers, branches, and other departments.
• Maintain and update sales records and files.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries, and customer concerns.
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned.
