Job summary

Insight, a Fortune 500 Solutions Integrator, is seeking a Client Operations Specialist Sr. in the Manila area to manage quotes, orders, and account activities for assigned Account Executives.

You will coordinate pricing, facilitate procurement, and ensure contract compliance while delivering exceptional customer service. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–4 years in customer service and order/quotation management, with strong English communication and multi-tasking skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-4 years of experience in customer service, order management and quotation management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage quotes and orders for assigned Account Executives.
• Coordinate pricing, research, and product information to support pre-sales activities.
• Ensure correct and accurate order processing and contract compliance.
• Assist clients with web accounts and perform ECM/TA-related tasks.
• Provide escalation support and cross-department collaboration as needed.
