Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Sales Support professional to streamline egg sales operations and optimize inventory. You will act as the bridge between sales, inventory, supply chain, and quality assurance, supporting account management and revenue targets.

Responsibilities include real-time inventory monitoring, strategic order allocation, and delivery scheduling for key accounts, with emphasis on accurate market intelligence and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications or related experience.
• Experience in related work is preferred but not required.

Job Description

The Sales Support role provides critical operational, administrative, and analytical support to ensure smooth daily sales operations, strategic inventory allocation, and accurate market intelligence for Egg Sales. Serves as the primary operational bridge between sales, inventory, supply chain, and quality assurance while supporting account management and revenue targets.

Order & Supply Chain Operations

• Monitor real-time inventory (Eggventory) daily in coordination with the Inventory Analyst to determine sales availability.
• Execute strategic order allocation based on volume priority and profit margin.
• Build customized delivery schedules to ensure target fulfillment for key accounts.
• Coordinate with logistics teams to align delivery windows with customer receiving schedules.

Data Analytics & Financial Reporting

• Analyze weekly sales trends to provide production teams with clear demand fluctuation forecasts.
• Consolidate weekly and monthly reporting on volume sold, profit margins, and overall account performance.
• Generate and distribute key business reports: Sales Forecasts, Account Status (Prospect/Drop/Expand), and Aging Reports (Eggs & Accounts Receivable).
• Maintain sales dashboards to ensure leadership has access to actionable operational metrics.

Market Intelligence & Pricing Setup

• Conduct regular "Price Watch" research (farmgate, retail, and competitor farms) to assess market positioning.
• Execute system pricing setups and updates based on approved market adjustments.
• Supply competitive pricing readings to assist sales leads in commercial negotiations.

Customer Engagement & Service

• Process customer accreditation applications within target SLAs.
• Log quality or service concerns in the Poultry Customer Complaints Form, tracking issues through cross-functional resolution and closure.
• Relay customer feedback on egg size and shell quality directly to Production and Quality Assurance teams.
• Maintain an updated directory of client contact details, delivery preferences, and special handling instructions.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any four year course preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience in the field
• Experience in related work is preferred but not necessary.

Additional Information

• Knowledge of generating price quotes, Purchase Orders (POs), invoicing, and contract preparation.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of electronic spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications.
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
