Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Sales Support professional to streamline egg sales operations and optimize inventory. You will act as the bridge between sales, inventory, supply chain, and quality assurance, supporting account management and revenue targets.

Responsibilities include real-time inventory monitoring, strategic order allocation, and delivery scheduling for key accounts, with emphasis on accurate market intelligence and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• A four-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications or related experience.
• Experience in related work is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time inventory and coordinate with Inventory Analyst for sales availability.
• Allocate orders based on volume priority and profit margin.
• Create customized delivery schedules for key accounts.
• Coordinate with logistics to align deliveries with customer schedules.
• Analyze weekly sales trends to forecast demand for production teams.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly reports on volume, margins, and account performance.
• Maintain sales dashboards for leadership metrics.
• Conduct Price Watch research to inform market positioning.
• Assist in pricing setups and market adjustments.
• Record customer feedback and issues with cross-functional teams.
