Job summary

Pilmico, an Aboitiz Foods company, is seeking a Sales Support professional in Bulacan to provide operational, administrative, and analytical support for Egg Sales while coordinating with sales, inventory, and quality assurance. You will help generate price quotes, prepare purchase orders, and assist invoicing and contracts, ensuring accurate market intelligence and timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in Business Administration/Marketing/Communications.
• Experience in related work is preferred but not necessary.
• Knowledge of generating price quotes, POs, invoicing, and contract preparation.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in spreadsheet, word processing and presentation applications.

Job Description

The Sales Support role provides critical operational, administrative, and analytical support to ensure smooth daily sales operations, strategic inventory allocation, and accurate market intelligence for Egg Sales. Serves as the primary operational bridge between sales, inventory, supply chain, and quality assurance while supporting account management and revenue targets.

Qualifications

• A graduate of any four year course preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or relevant experience in the field
• Experience in related work is preferred but not necessary.
