Job summary

Aboitiz Foods, a regional food and agribusiness leader, seeks a Sales Support specialist to back Egg Sales with operational, administrative, and analytical duties, bridging sales, inventory, supply chain, and quality assurance. You will monitor real-time Eggventory, allocate orders by volume and margin, craft delivery schedules for key accounts, and generate reports to guide leadership decisions.

The role also conducts price watch, sets system pricing, supports negotiations, processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field is preferred.
• Experience in related work is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time inventory (Eggventory) daily with Inventory Analyst.
• Execute strategic order allocation based on volume priority and margin.
• Create delivery schedules to meet key account fulfillment targets.
• Coordinate with logistics to align delivery windows with customer receiving schedules.
• Analyze weekly sales trends to forecast demand for production teams.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly reports on volume, margins, and account performance.
• Generate and distribute Sales Forecasts, Account Status, and Aging Reports.
• Maintain sales dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Conduct regular Price Watch market research for pricing decisions.
• Apply pricing setups in systems based on market adjustments.
• Support commercial negotiations with pricing insights.
• Process customer accreditation applications within target SLAs.
• Log quality concerns and track resolutions with cross-functional teams.
• Relay customer feedback on egg size/shell quality to Production and QA teams.
• Maintain updated client contact/delivery instructions.
