Job summary

JAKA Investments Corporation is seeking a proactive Sales Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring accurate and timely order processing and excellent customer experience.

You will coordinate with sales, inventory and logistics, maintain accurate records, generate sales reports, and assist in improving order fulfilment processes while ensuring compliance with company procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, or related role.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive, Gmail, Forms).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
• Coordinate with the sales, inventory, and logistics teams to align orders with stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies, backorders, and customer inquiries in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate order records, sales documentation, and customer information.
• Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking order status and customer requests.
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and data management.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company processes and procedures.
• Assist in improving sales support and order fulfillment processes for greater efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
