Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an organized Sales Support Representative to assist the Sales Department with administrative and operational tasks in Pasig. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

You will handle invoices, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and communicate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations. The role offers opportunities to grow in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree or vocational course in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Able to coordinate effectively with customers and internal departments.
• Able to drive a four-wheel-drive car.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and verify sales invoices in coordination with Accounting Department.
• Send sales invoices and relevant sales documents to customers via email.
• Prepare and send quotations, price offers, and other sales-related documents.
• Receive, verify, encode, and process customer purchase orders and sales orders accurately.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely product deliveries.
• Monitor pending orders, delivery schedules, and order status, and provide updates to customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, quotations, orders, invoices, and deliveries.
• Follow up on quotations, pending orders, and customer requests in coordination with the Sales Team.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, delivery receipts, and customer correspondence.
• Coordinate with Accounting regarding billing, payment status, and invoice-related concerns.
• Assist the Sales Team with administrative tasks, sales reports, and other documentation.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
