Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader for a Sales account.
• 2+ years of experience as a Team Leader for a Tech Support account.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with e-Commerce and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day planning and operations of your team.
• Ensure team members meet SLAs and KPIs.
• Organize schedules and train teammates through coaching.
• Evaluate strengths and weaknesses and support development.
• Create performance reports and provide client feedback.
• Handle HR-related issues and liaise with management.
