Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 2 years’ stakeholder management experience in a BPO.
• Advanced customer service, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Can start in November.

Responsibilities

• Quoting out Presource packs based on sales rep/customer request.
• Most communication will be with the sales rep, not the customer (hospital).
• Focus on best cost, high volume components.
• Ensuring quotes meet quality and regulatory guidelines.
• Works through a variety of requests that require additional training – Government, Canada quotes, Dressing change organizers, PRCs.
• Ability to critically think through requests that are out of the norm.
• Working with cross-functional teams.
• Reviews and ensures rebates are accounted.
