Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a proactive Sales Support associate to aid the sales team with daily tasks, reporting, and market analysis. You will coordinate with production on inventory, monitor orders, and assist in collections to ensure timely execution and client satisfaction.

The role emphasizes strong communication, meticulous data handling, and a customer-focused mindset to support sales growth and maintain excellent service levels.

Qualifications

Graduate of business-related course with preference for BS Civil Engineering.
Proven strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Background in sales/marketing is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Customer-focused with ability to build relationships.
Sales-oriented with initiative to support growth.
Ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Prepare sales documents and reports to support the sales team.
Coordinate inventory availability with Production Dept.
Assist in collection monitoring and follow up on orders.
Monitor itineraries and schedules of sales representatives.
Provide coverage in absence of Sales Representative to ensure service continuity.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
