Job summary

Compliant Business Processing is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to assist our Commercial Director in driving growth and expanding client relationships. Ideal candidates have freight forwarding or logistics experience and strong appointment-setting skills, with proficiency in HubSpot CRM.

You will generate leads, set qualified meetings, maintain client records, and collaborate with internal teams to convert opportunities into revenue, while delivering consistent sales reporting and pipeline

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Support, Appointment Setting, Business Development, or Inside Sales.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or supply chain industry is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in appointment setting and lead generation.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and sales automation tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
