Job summary

Givaudan in Manila is seeking a Sales Support for Fine Fragrances on a 1-year contract. You will coordinate samples, meetings, shipments, and events while supporting KAMs and the wider team in sales, marketing and administration.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, English fluency, and strong organizational and communication skills. You will work across functions to deliver timely logistics, market insights, and project support in a fast-paced luxury fragrance environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fragrance samples for customer meetings, presentations, and evaluations.

• Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including venue coordination and catering.

Sales Support Fine Fragrances (1yr Contract) - Your future position?

As the Sales Support Fine Fragrances with Givaudan, you will play a key role in supporting the Fine Fragrance business across sales, marketing, customer and administrative activities. In this exciting role, you will work closely with the Key Account Managers and wider Fine Fragrance team, coordinating customer meetings and fragrance samples, supporting projects and events, monitoring market trends and consumer insights, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Coordination & Organization

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate and prepare fragrance samples for customer meetings, presentations, and evaluations.
• Organize domestic and international shipments, manage courier services, and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt and follow-up.
• Coordinate customer meetings, including scheduling, meeting room preparation, hospitality arrangements, and required materials.
• Support the planning and execution of internal team events and external customer events, including venue coordination, room setup, decorations, catering, ordering of materials, and overall event logistics.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Raise purchase requests and follow up on orders, invoices, and payment status.
• Coordinate and manage the monthly fragrance collection process.
• Manage the fragrance library, including tracking the fragrance oils & organizing samples

Analysis, Reporting & Marketing Support

• Prepare and consolidate the monthly APAC Fine Fragrance Wins presentation.
• Support with sales and marketing presentations.
• Support in the market monitoring through data gathering, brand portfolios and analysis.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activity to propose new fragrance concepts aligned with client brand strategies.
• Coordinate and prepare fragrance samples for customer meetings, presentations, and evaluations.
• Actively support the KAMs in the project process
• Conduct desk research to identify new leads, emerging trends, and competitive insights.
• Assist in updating the projects in the internal system
