Job summary

Givaudan in Manila is seeking a Sales Support for Fine Fragrances on a 1-year contract. You will coordinate samples, meetings, shipments, and events while supporting KAMs and the wider team in sales, marketing and administration.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, English fluency, and strong organizational and communication skills. You will work across functions to deliver timely logistics, market insights, and project support in a fast-paced luxury fragrance environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience supporting sales, marketing or administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and prepare fragrance samples for customer meetings, presentations, and evaluations.
• Organize domestic and international shipments, manage courier services, and monitor deliveries to ensure timely receipt.
• Coordinate customer meetings, including scheduling, meeting room preparation and materials.
• Support planning and execution of internal and external events, including venue coordination and catering.
• Raise purchase requests and follow up on orders, invoices, and payment status.
• Manage the fragrance library and organize samples.
