Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in sales support, office administration, or project coordination.
• Detail-oriented with strong numerical and paperwork accuracy.
• Familiar with CRM platforms, sales software, and spreadsheets.
• Excellent time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear verbal and written communication for team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Process quote requests and log job details in the CRM.
• Coordinate handovers between sales, estimating, and production.
• Prepare basic quotes using standard price lists when needed.
• Bridge between sales, estimating, and operations to clear bottlenecks.
