Job summary

VPS STEEL STRUCTURE CORPORATION in Cebu City is seeking a Civil Engineer to join our engineering team. You will perform detailed analyses, develop technical recommendations, and support project start-ups with software configurations for new customers.

Responsibilities include ensuring regulatory compliance, responding to inquiries, and collaborating with sales to provide technical and sales support during pre- and post-sales engagements, while presenting findings to senior leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a professional working environment (Engineering/Technical preferred).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and other technical software tools.
• Strong ability to develop, prepare, and present technical analysis and recommendations to senior leadership and clients.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Fresh graduates with strong academic credentials and relevant internships are welcome to apply.

• Ensure solutions remain compliant with GxP, ICFR, and other regulatory requirements, while adhering to service levels and procedures.
• Conduct detailed engineering analysis and documentation.
• Respond to and manage technical and commercial customer inquiries.
• Support project start-ups by assisting in the development and configuration of application software for new customers.
• Participate in Earned Value Management activities, including developing work packages, allocating budgets, and identifying manpower resources.
• Conduct needs analyses for internal teams and external clients.
• Take part in internal proposal review meetings to support business development and project planning.
• Provide technical information and guidance on our range of products to both internal teams and external customers via phone or email.
• Collaborate with the sales team by offering technical and sales support during pre- and post-sales engagements.
