Job summary

MicroSourcing International is seeking a Sales Support – Bid Team Pricing Assistant in Pasay. This hybrid role with a night shift supports pricing submissions, bid coordination and cross-department collaboration.

You will leverage advanced Excel skills and CRM/ERP tools to prepare quotations and manage multiple pricing projects. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields and has 2–5 years of relevant experience, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Degree in business/finance/accounting or related discipline.
• 2–5 years in Sales Support, Bid Coordination, Pricing or tender administration.
• Advanced Excel with complex formulas, PivotTables and lookups.
• Experience preparing quotations, RFQs, tenders, bids and pricing submissions.
• Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross-department liaison.
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP or sales support systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.

What You'll Need

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Sales Support, Bid Coordination, Pricing Analysis, Tender Administration, or a similar commercial support role.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, reporting, and data validation.
• Experience preparing quotations, RFQs, tenders, bids, and pricing submissions.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments.
• Experience using CRM, ERP, or sales support systems such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
