Job summary

The role involves verifying order data, maintaining quotes and records, and coordinating with sales and customer service to drive fulfillment. Fresh graduates with strong English and Excel skills are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

College graduate or SHS Diploma with 2 years experience.
Good English communication skills - oral and written.
Background in supply chain or IT distribution is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

Verifies and reviews the accuracy of orders.
Order entry/order processing until order release/fulfillment.
Prepares product/license quotes as needed for pre-sales customers.
Validate all quote data to ensure correctness before submission.
Follow up with customers and partners to drive quote conversion into sales.
Respond to inquiries from partners, customers, and internal teams regarding quotes, pricing, and product details.
Works with sales management, sales reps and customer service to process customer orders and/or change orders.
Maintain updated records of quotes, follow-ups, and customer communications.
