Prime Source - Expense Experts is seeking a data-driven analyst in the Philippines to dive into spend data and coordinate with vendors and members. You will streamline processes, manage vendor accounts, and own projects that drive real business results.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research, organize, and analyze data to uncover insights and support strategic decisions.
• Perform spend analysis across diverse product and service categories.
• Identify, evaluate, and document vendors, contracts, and savings opportunities.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist onboarding and setup of vendor accounts and contract activations.
• Prepare and process documentation for member requests accurately.
• Submit and monitor contract activations through portals to completion.
• Manage workflows in Salesforce CRM and update records.
• Troubleshoot rostering, pricing, or contract issues.
• Prepare analyses, reports, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate and execute specialized or ad hoc projects.
• Provide regular reporting to managers and directors.

Role and Responsibilities

• Research, organize, and analyze data to uncover insights and support strategic decisions.

• Perform spend analysis across diverse product and service categories.

• Identify, evaluate, and document vendors, contracts, and savings opportunities.

• Serve as a key liaison between the Sales team, vendors, and other stakeholders.

• Facilitate new member onboarding, including rostering, vendor account setup, contract activations, and credit/price processing.

• Prepare and process documentation for member requests accurately and efficiently.

• Submit and monitor contract activations through vendor / GPO portals through completion.

• Manage workflows, requests, and updates through Salesforce CRM.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to rostering, vendor accounts, pricing, or contracts.

• Prepare analyses, reports, and other presentation materials.

• Coordinate, track, and execute specialized or ad hoc projects.

• Regular reporting to managers, sales reps/expense advisors & directors.

• Perform any other duties assigned to support the sales operations.

Required Skills/Abilities

• 2–4 years of experience (Preferred).

• Strong attention to detail, analytical & problem-solving skills.

• Advanced Excel skills – including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis, with 2 years of experience working on data files (Preferred).

• Ability to identify issues and trends.

• Ability to multitask across various projects, tasks & cases.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

• Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Excel.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in night-shift roles (Preferred)
