Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, processing data accurately, handling inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to keep operations smooth; you will also support scheduling and basic office tasks.

Qualifications

• Able to work with minimum supervision.

• Provide excellent customer service to members of AAP and the other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
• Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
• Adhere to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas
• Accurately and efficiently encode all data;
• Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/requirement/s;
• Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
